C1S paper (white/white, one side coated paper) of 210 g/m2, is used in Y group bags and Y1 group bags,
and 230 g/m2 C1S paper in groups Y2, Y3, Y4, Y5 and Y6.
Glossy or matte OPP lamination is applied on to the paper bag. (Included in the price.)
32 cm. long, 5 mm. in diameter PP. (Polypropylene) rope is used.
Paper bag reinforcement is also palced on the base of paper bag. (reinforcement is not glued to the paper bag base.)
In the bags of price groups of Y1, Y2, Y3 the printing to the front of the bag are applied in the same way to the back of the bag.
If desired, the front and rear images may be different. In both cases, there is no impact on the cost.
The Visual printed at the front of the bag in the price groups of Y4, Y5 and Y6, is applied in the same way to the back side. There is no effect on the cost.
However in cases where the printing image of front and back is different, there will be a prices increase that will vary
according to the number of pieces and colors.
Ink coverage has been assumed as maximum 30% for printing of each color. it will be reflected to the cost in the case that there is a higher-intensity paint or situations that require the usage of special Pantone* paint.
Group prices are applicable to all size alternatives in the lower section.
The above prices are valid only for exporting abroad.
Payment shall be made as 50% in advance, and the remaining amount at the end of the manufacturing.
Shipment Deadlines can range from 10-20 days, according to the process on the bag and bag units.
